Contest Terms and Conditions Contest begins on February 1, 2008 at 12:00 am and ends April 30, 2008 at 11:59 pm. Contest not open to employees of VBSHELP.com and affiliated organizations. Participants who submit a vacation Bible school ("VBS") idea proposal are entered into "The Create-Your-Own VBS Contest" automatically. One proposal will be selected to be the 2010 VBS theme of VBSHELP Press. The individual submitting the proposal will receive a free 2010 VBSHELP Press All-In-One Kit and enough VBSHELP Press VBS 2010 resources for up to 150 VBS participants. All submissions become the property of VBSHELP.com and may not be acknowledged or returned. All complete submissions not chosen will be offered a discount rate on the 2010 VBSHELP Press All-In-One Kit.Unlimited submissions per participant are accepted. Limit one discount per participant. All participants, including without limitation government organizations, are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations and/or office policies and payment of applicable taxes, if any, regarding participation in trade promotions or acceptance of promotional gifts. Gift is subject to availability and VBSHELP.com reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal value.
